After spending close to a decade managing social media for a university in Ontario, Canada (and more than a few crises), I know exactly what it feels like to be the voice of a brand. I know what it feels like to have to build an online community, and to try and keep up with platform updates and news. And I know what it feels like to do a lot of that on your own.
That’s why I decided to create an email newsletter and online community that supports all of the social media managers out there like me, who would have loved to have found an easy way to stay up-to-date and to connect with people just like me.
